Rehana Din
Chief Operating Officer, BC Pavilion Corporation
Rehana Din is the Chief Operating Officer for BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo), the Crown
corporation that owns and operates BC Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre. Rehana
joined PavCo in September 2013 as its Chief Financial Officer following a career in strategy,
operational effectiveness and culture building in the hospitality and entertainment
sectors. Rehana is passionate about the pivotal role PavCo’s venues play in shaping
Vancouver’s cultural and economic success.
Her tenure has been marked by significant advancements in financial operations, alignment of strategy to long-term goals, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Prior to PavCo, Rehana served as Chief Financial Officer at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, where she led financial operations, treasury and capital raising and restructuring, and a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Rehana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Simon Fraser University. Rehana is committed to the community and serves on the board of Destination Vancouver, the city’s member-based destination marketing and management organization. She has previously held volunteer roles for Canuck Place and the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation Vitality Gala.
