  • Looking at the human aspects of recreation, tourism, and hospitality in job postings and reviews - Language matters!

  • Understanding and accepting accountability both externally and internally 

  • The importance of stating your values and staying true to them 

  • Ensuring value alignment – not just with staff but with vendors and patrons 

Throughout this session you’ll be provided with action items, resources and real world examples of how to ensure your space is one that people really want to be part of!
