Natasha Qereshniku is a senior strategic communications and PR leader with extensive experience operating at the intersection of government, media, events and reputation management. She currently serves as Communications, PR & Partnerships Lead for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Vancouver Host Committee, supporting the delivery of seven World Cup matches in Vancouver, one of 16 Host Cities staging the biggest FIFA World Cup in history, across three countries.

 

In this role, Natasha leads high‑stakes, high‑visibility communications for a once‑in‑a‑generation event, working closely with FIFA and a broad network of partners to navigate complex, multi‑organization stakeholder environments.

Prior to her work on FIFA World Cup 2026™, she held senior communications and strategic advisory roles with the City of Vancouver and the City of Calgary, supporting major civic initiatives and public‑facing programs.

Natasha brings a pragmatic, calm and strategic approach to high‑pressure environments and is known for her ability to translate complex issues into clear narratives, align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives, and lead teams through moments of heightened urgency and visibility. A strong advocate for professional development and women in leadership, she has also held multiple leadership roles with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She holds a degree from the University of Calgary and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
